Update Welcome to a seriously updated Robotech Generations! The page has undertaken a complete and total face lift, with never before seen pictures and a few older ones. Plus completely rewritten character and saga overviews. A few new features have also been added to the list, and a bit of new information, plus a new heavily trafficed Message Board. But due to the huge amount of work I've been putting into The Robotech Page, my time to give to this site will be limited. But I will make many updates, hope you enjoy!
Robotech Generations Welcome to the only site dedicated to the Robotech novelations by Jack McKinney. This underrated part of Robotech I feel deserves more space on the Internet than given. I like the anime well enough, but just been the books need their time in the spotlight. I would also like to dedicate my site to the now departed memory of Brian Daley, co-creator of the Robotech novels along with many other major projects. One of which is the ever popular Han Solo series for Star Wars. We sadly lost Daley to cancer a little over a year ago.
What exactly are the novels? For those of you who are new to Robotech or have just never picked up one of the novels, your missing quiet a bit. As of now there are 21 books in mass print that you can find on store shelves everywhere. If not, they are easily ordered through mail. There is a rumor of a 22 book floating around in some places, but I have yet to see it or get my hands on it. Will there be anymore Jack McKinney novels? More than likely not. If you see anymore Robotech novels, you won't see them under McKinney's name. Jack McKinney is actually made up of two people that colaberated and shared ideas on how the books should be written. And, very sadly, Brian Daley, one half of Jack McKinney, past on recently. And McKinney's other half, James Luceno. Please visit the site that is dedicated to his memory. You can find it below. If you have read the novels, this might be a little old news for you, butyou might actually find something you didn't know. And for you new commers to McKinney, please enjoy.
