reworked the whole interface, and most of the pages.

finished a huge number of updates, including: scanned in a bunch of interesting articles for my scanned text page; reworked the format and added some posts to my alt.humor.best-of-usenet page; added some short story compilations to my sci fi short story reviews page; started up a sci fi novel reviews page; added a couple of reviews on my anime comparisonspage.
