Hello, my name is Kath, (It's really Kathleen, but I don't like being
called that or Kathy.) You can call me Kath, Mara, or by my WBS and internet
handle Mara Skywalker. I was the first Mara Skywalker to hit the net and I
have held the title for two years, beginning with The Vader Bulletin Board
Server at Perdue and the old Chatterbox at Irresistable Force.
I live in Connecticut and I am an aspiring actress and singer, I hope to
go to the Hartford Conservatory soon and I am studying music at The Music
School in Newington. I'd like to be an actress and hopefully work alongside
with great actors like
Leonardo Di Caprio and Mark Hamill.
I have been a Star Wars Fan since the age of 5, I saw it back in 1977 and
I have loved it ever since. My favorite movie characters are Darth Vader/Anakin Skywalker
Princess Leia
and Luke Skywalker
From the novels I love Mara Jade!
she backs down to no man, she ignored Lando's advances, she probably ignored
other men's too. She's liberated, she is an awesome Jedi Knight, she's
tough, smart, beautiful, she's got a cool lightsaber, she's a
great ass kicker, she is no damsel in distress, she is a great role model for
the 90's. (Although, she tried to kill Luke Skywalker, but she could'nt
get to do it. But he forgave her anyway.) But when it comes to Luke Skywalker.
She gets all noble and has to save his hide, like everyone else does.
Ever since Tristain and Isolde, Romeo and Juliet, Anthony and Cleopatra,
Laurel and Hardy, Bud and Lou, Lucy and Ethel, Venus and Mars, Ross and
Rachel, and Han and Leia, there have always been great teams, friendly
or romantic. This page is dedicated to the never ending relationship
between Luke Skywalker and Mara Jade. No matter if they are together or
apart, they are always friends, hopefully I hope they go beyond that
soon.
