Korn is one of my favorite bands ever so I thought that I'd do a web page to show my respect for them, even if it is gonna suck a lot, but thats ok...right? Here are some well known Korn facts so my page isnt totally worthless. For some of those new listeners to Korn, Korn is a type of music known as pimprock. Pimprock is a kind of new-age metal with hip hop influences, giving it a unique sound like no other.(other bands: Limp Bizkit, Deftones, Snot, Tool, and so and so.)  click on the link to check out the best KoRn site ever.

Korn started in Bakersfield, CA in 1993. Head and Munky had left from LAPD, and Jon arrived in Korn last, after leaving his band SexAct. Head and Munky had been playing together since they were kids, and Head accually learned most of what he knows from Munky, and Jon writes from the heart and thats how he got to be such a smooth writer. He uses music as a way to let out everthing that is screwed up in his life, like the song "Daddy," which was so emotional for Jon that the band only preformed it live once, but in the end it turns out to help a lot of people, other than Jon, deal with their problems, and end up one of the most well known, and fastly growing metal bands ever. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
