All my files are in KAR format, because everything else is crap.

NOTE: I did not compose any of these great MIDI files, I only added the lyrics to make the KAR files. Credit is given in the files themselves where the MIDI author is known.

I have modified many of the MIDIs to sound best on my setup. I'm using a Roland Sound Canvas. You may want to tweak them a little more to sound best on your setup.
