Welcome to the Fresno Dixieland Society!
The purpose of our organization is the preservation and promotion of Dixieland/Traditional music. Our club is supported in part by our membership in the form of dues, which are paid annually. There is a monthly dance and concert which is held on the 2nd Sunday of each month with music provided by traditional jazz bands. The monthly dances are open to the public. Entrance fee is $11 for non members and $7 for members. Please see Event Schedule for a list of bands and locations of monthly events.
The annual Mardi Gras Festival provides music by bands from all over the United States during a 3-day period. This event is held at the Radisson Hotel & Conference Center Fresno so that all venues are under one roof. Please see Mardi Gras Festival page for details on this event.
