Song sheets

I figure if I can't hear/feel the changes in the song well enough to "get it" from this shorthand, I don't know the song well enough to perform it. These are performing sheets, not necessarily learning ones. (And, no, 'Puff' isn't one of the songs.)

Some notes on the notation.
- Hard/strange chords are written out at the bottom of the page in a low-to-high (pitch) 6-string list, like "C:x32010".
- I use lower case for bass notes so "D/a" is a D chord with an A as the bass note.
- I sometimes use periods to indicate descending bass lines, like "C . . G", which is equivalent to "C /b /a G".
- Mainly in the Christmas Songs, I put a little fraction next to diminished chords to tell me which two frets it lands on, so "C#dim" has a little "1/2" next to it telling me to play xx1212.
