a few things (in case you were hybernating). the album is going to be released on may 16, 2000. the first single, nothing as it seems, will be released next week, april 25th.
we expect, based on the letterman appearance, that the second single will be grievance, a hard rocker with a sunny day real estate/soundgarden sound in respect to the time signature and screaming in the song. we were happy. were you?

for the people concerned about the general stuff on this page...

this site will be available for use from april 18, 2000 to may 17, 2000. it is strictly devoted to the upcoming pearl jam release, binaural. the site will have news, updates, any interviews available between these dates, and basically everything else under the sun that has to do with binaural. our policy is simple. there are pages out there that do not give updates quick enough. there are pages devoted to exploiting the new album by allowing trakcs downloadable from their sites. while that is acceptable to a point, this site does not advocate free downloads of any tracks that will be available upon binaural's release. however, lyrics will be posted, should any appear, and locations to download live tracks of these songs will be available. if you hear a song, tell us what it sounds like, but that's as far as we'll go.

another thing we'd like to point out is that this page will be the only page on this web site, with news and updates appearing on this very page. it's a new concept to pearl jam fan sites, one page is all some of us ask for. if there are pictures to be posted, pages will be assigned, but that's as far as we'll go. if you would like to view more than just news, go to some other sites. there are a ton of great sites out there. bear with us on this one.
