David Patillo is the son of a minister, raised in church, taught from birth the value of prayer, and the wisdom of God. He comes from a musical family, songwriter father and singer mother. His siblings are all musically inclined-either musicians or singers.
David wrote his first song as a very young child. He has written hundreds of songs. He has had a measure of success with his wonderful, thought-provoking song, "The Middle Man." God has blessed his ministry with some great lyrics and tunes! A few years ago, David wrote a song, well-liked by all of us who heard it, and included it in one of his projects, titled, "Ten Thousand Angels Cried." It was released as a single by Karen Peck and New River, and made the Singing News charts! The next year, it was included on a project called "You Light Up My Life," by country singer, Leann Rimes. David also made the Singing News charts with his on hit, called, "Wise Old Pilot."
David Patillo has recently released his song, "Hang On To The Cross" as a single and it is climbing up the charts. Please call your radio station and request that they play it! You will be blessed by this wonderful song!
David Patillo and his family travel all over the United States, spreading the Word Of God. If he is going to be in a town near you, do not fail to make this concert. You will be thrilled, inspired, blessed, and have a chance to hear some of the most unique music today. He cannot define his style of music, as it does not fall into the familiar catagories we think of when we describe music. It has been called, "folk, country, and southern," but is best described as Gospel!

David Patillo is a Christian who loves his family. He spends most of his time on the road, but he almost always has his family with him! When he is to perform at a concert, you can usually find his lovely wife at the display table where there is a tasteful display of David's music, CD's, Tapes, Sound Tracks, and T-Shirts. (These make great gifts as well as keepsakes, by the way.)
On the program, usually, David sings some of his songs, ministering a little bit between songs, then calls his precious daughter up to sing! She will take the microphone, recite The Lord's Prayer, The 23rd Psalm, and many, many scriptures, then she begins to sing, as David plays his guitar. Part way thru her segment, she calls the children up to the stage to sing with her. You will see children, who often get bored during "grown-up singings," rise to their feet as this little 6-year-old begins to sing! She involves them in her singing, and they respond by returning their attention to what she is doing! UPDATE!!! DAVID AND HIS LOVELY WIFE NOW HAVE A BRAND NEW SON!!!
