Introduction
Music
- Why does music have to change with each time period? How were people
influenced by the music of their time period? You are a musician, scientist,
and an artist. In other words you are a genius trying to solve the
wonders of the time period you choose.
How are music, art, science, and
social events linked within your time period?
The
Task
You will
tell how music, art, architecture, and social events are linked within
your time period.
-
Give a brief

-
Find one musical

-
Explain the
technology available and its importance.
-
Give a brief
history of two artists and pictures of their work. Tell how this
style relates to the period.
-
Describe the
social events of this time and how they relate to the music
-
Show the architecture
of two architects with an explanation of how the style relates to the time
period.
The

-
Your team will

the next three class periods researching on the following links.
(You will need to print out all of your artwork and architecture)
(you may
want to divide tasks among your team members)
-
You will then
put the gathered information on note cards.
-
Then, your team
