Who they called the "American" Menudo, Robby Rosa brought the group to the english speaking fans in the US. New York born, Robby replaced Johnny Losada on Valentines Day in 1984 and continue to woo fans in 1987, when he was replaced by Ruben Gomez. Robby had high-energy and excellent dance ability that shined throughout his stay in Menudo.
Debuting on the group's first English LP, "Reaching Out", Robby's local talents landed the group their first Hollywood movie. Yep, "Like A Cannonball" was the theme song for the movie "Cannonball Run 3". Over the years, Robby gave us hits like "Hold Me", "Sabes A Chocolate", "Besame" and more... Robby's final album in the group was "Can't Get Enough". Robby was deemed "most likely to succeed" after his Menudo days. He is the only to make a big budget Hollywood movie, "Salsa".
