Gothic Maestro has been let back into the guild, but not High Council. There will be a meeting TOMORROW (Saturday) at 8:00 pm EST!! please ICQ me if you CANNOT come! Well, not a lot of news today, but I did get the "Join" page up. Go check it out. An interesting proposal has been brought up by jjtsm, our leader, that I hope will work out. Ok here it goes. If every member can recruit 2 people for the guild and ask for 5,000 gold (this is NOT required but it will help and they will start out higher than normal). Please try to do this, and check this site daily for new updates. Oh, yeah. I also put the "Links" section up. I got some good sites to check out on there.

Well, I'm sorry about this, but the figures I put on the page yesterday (5k per member) were for the original cost of 60,000 gold total.... This means that we are going to have to ask for around 8 to 10k per member for the guild house and stone. To get this ammount we are asking that everyone start a character with 50% lumberjacking and 50% Carpentry. With this character chop wood and make wooden shields to sell. The best way to do this is to take the Moongate (South of Britain) to Yew, then chop as much wood as you can and make sheilds. Do this until you have about 30 to 40 sheilds then go to a big city like Britain and sell the sheilds at the armor shops. On another note, Gothic Maestro, for those of you who know him, has been dropped from the High Council and guild for failure to reply to ANY of our guild messages. Therefore, Trixer has been moved up to the High Council.

The Order of the Purple Dragon is an Ultima Online guild. We play on the Cesapeake shard and are based out of the city of Britain. We will be buying a large 2 story house soon and we ask that all members donate some money to buy this. If each member can donate 5000 gold, we will be much closer to our goal of 100,000 gold. The more you donate the more benefits you get later on. donating more will also asure that you get a place on the High Council.
