CORPORATE LADDER is a stepping stone into the corporate world. It will teach youths strategic plan execution, decision-making, leadership skills, as well as introduce them to the world of business within the corporate structure.

Teachers can observe the different personalities of their students. CORPORATE LADDER may help them change their lives from those who are easily manipulated ("FOLLOWERS") to those who are the go-getters ("LEADERS").

CORPORATE LADDER was created and designed by ANTHONY M. ANDERSON SR. CORPORATE LADDER is educational and entertaining, and if learning is fun, youngsters are more apt to succeed.

CORPORATE LADDER WILL:

Introduce youths to the world of business in the corporate structure

Teach decision making, leadership skills

"My goal in developing this game was to make learning fun but challenging to young people. Throughout our country, youths are unable to graduate due to lack of inadequate mastery of course work to meet complicity level. "We hope to generate interest in learning about business so that some will ultimately pursue this area as a career goal. If learning about business is something that youngsters feel is relevant in their lives, they are more apt to succeed."

POTENTIAL STRATEGIES OF THE GAME

CRUSH YOUR COMPETITION: In business there are those who live and succeed by taking no prisoners. They are ruthless on the way up and they have no friends on the way down. They lie, cheat, and steal all in the name of money. Near the very end of the game the most ruthless side of people will emerge, WHY? NICE GUYS FINISH LAST.

DO UNTO OTHERS AS....: Pity, compasion and loyalty works best in the lower rings of the Corporate Ladder. But there's only room for one at the top. Do you want FRIENDS or MONEY?

ENLIGHTENED MANAGEMENT: Show more restraint at the bottom of the ladder, run a lean budget when times are tough, expand when you're flush with cash. If your up near the top, consider adding some attorneys as a buffer zone, they're a form of insurance against being wiped out by a law suit. If the job slots below you are full, someone eventually will roll doubles or draw a promotion card. Promote, demote, and transfer to reduce the odds of being ousted. Negotiate pacts, and live by your word ( "I'll promote you, but you owe me three (3) favors" "THREE? NO way one favor, plus $1 million cash, payable now" "O.K. Done.")
