Each time you compete in any tournament, you are agreeing to be bound by all of these Official Rules. The decisions of Sponsor and Sponsor's interpretation of these Official Rules are final in all matters. Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules and suspend or cancel one or more of the tournaments in its sole discretion at any time. To compete in any of these tournaments, you must have a valid membership with Westwood Online (with full name and current address, phone, and e-mail address on file with Westwood Studios) and a password and nickname (provided by Sponsor at the time of registration). In addition, you must own a duly purchased software game for the corresponding game tournament you wish to enter and you must have Internet access via an Internet service provider whose services you shall use at your sole risk and expense. The registration number printed on the back of the software you purchased must be registered by you and no one else to identify your ownership of the game you wish to play in the tournament.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Competition; Prizes:</B><B> The object of each game tournament is to be the player who accumulates the most points in that game tournament from 09/01/01 to 09/31/01. For your scores to be tabulated and ranked for the tournament each time you play, you must either join a tournament ranked game or start your own tournament ranked game using the applicable Westwood Online software. There will be 1 prize awarded to each player that ranks in the top number scores for each side of each contest listed below. Tournament scores will be ranked and updated daily and posted by nickname. Points will be deemed to have been earned by the player whose password and nickname is submitted at the time of play.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Each player is limited to winning one prize per tournament. Prizes are non-transferable by the winners. Substitution of prizes by the winners is prohibited and cash equivalents to the prizes will not be granted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prizes with prizes of comparable or greater value.
