Hi ... I'm the Glass Guy
and I love sharing tricks, tools and techniques about sandblasting - or as some call it -
glass carving. But this page is not limited to just glass, you can also blast stone, wood, plastic, brick, tile and many other objects. I'll be commenting on all these as well and adding a few pictures to go along with words! |
While I seem to have carved my share of eagles, these are just two examples of different types of blasting techniques. The eagle above is done with a photo resist material, while the eagle to the left is hand carved and blasted in stages to give the feathers in the wings a appearance of depth and individuality. |
Don't hesitate to drop me a note or a question or two. I have had the privilege of working with people all over the world via the internet and on all type of different and exciting projects! You can reach me at [email protected] -- I'll look forward to hearing from you!
If you would like to take a peek at some of my other work, just follow the link to the right. This is an instructional web page with several galleries of pictures too. | Instructional Web Site |
