I was born in 1953, on August 28th and given the name Bethann Link. Coming from German/Scottish heritage I learn to do needlework at a young age. I did not learn to tat until I was 21. And Only in 1986 did I become a full-time tatter. I have a flat shuttle that I sell, that is made of wood. I also sell and demo my tatting at Historical and craft shows.I am a mother of five children, Jeremy 24, Amanda 22,Jaime 21,Robin 13, and Rachel 9. I have two grandchildern, Bryan 2 and Elizabeth who was born in April 1998. I am married to a wonderful guy name Roger Laars who gave me the nickname Ms.Heart 16 years ago. In 1988 I became an self-empoyed artist. Starting my bussiness Heartworks. I work mostly in my home and enjoy what I do. Active in Girl Scout and Boy Scouts, Moose International (active in Family Center 1572 and W.O.T.M. chapter 311), also active in the church here where I live.Besides needlework I also like and do blackpower guns/rifles shooting. I have a flat shuttle that is made of wood.The shuttle is 4 inches long and the widest part is 1 1/2 inches. There is two types to choose. A plain shuttle with heart logo burned onto it.Price is $2.25 U.S.A. currency.A decorated shuttle choose a burned logo or painted logo on one side and painted flower vine on the other, cost is $5.00 U.S.A. currency. I also sell tatting by the inch or yard for your needs. I can also do tatting for your wedding. From special cards, garters, headpieces, special hankies, ect. My e-mail # is below. | Children and grandchildren come first in my life like most mothers. Tatting and needlework, which I have been doing for along time. 18th century living, European cultures, re-anactments and black power shooting. Collecting Bears and Dolls. I have been doing this a long time. Bedroom looks like a little girls room. Scouting- Girl Scouting off and on for 24 years. Boy Scouting for the last four years. Love doing both! Music of all kinds. Reggae, Jazz, Big band, symphony, blues, hits from the 40's to the 90's Computer games. My favorite one is Shanghai. Women's Rights (and they start with the unborn baby).
