This site supports frames, CSS, and the latest version of Quicktime.
This site is best viewed with the latest versions of Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer at 832x624 or higher resolution, I am currently working on lower resolution versions. Unfortuanatly, Netscape Navigator has limited support for all of CSS's extensive capabilities, I suggest using Internet Explorer as of now.
