What I'm interested in:
- Doll Making
Due to the great folks on the Dollhouse Guild, I have been encouraged to not only sculpt the dolls (Thanks to my husband Tom), but also to have Tom make molds of my sculptures and then I make porcelain pieces of my work. I'm really new at this, but thanks to Beth, Sammy, and Sue, I love it already.
I would also like to thank my good friend, Darlene for her custom order. It has pushed me into doing more and more. :)
- Miniatures
Our listserv, the Dollhouse Guild, has made me see how many different folks make miniatures and dollhouses and they each have their own uniques talents and ways fo doing things. My friend, Karen, Kathi and Patty have shown me that. And each is very special to me. But then so are so many friends on the Dollhouse Guild!
- Needlework
Patty is forcing me to dig out that 25 year old needlepoint tapestry from the closet and do a few stitches on it before I am dead. Maybe someday I will finish it....in another 25 years...
