y two weeks at Summit Ministries in Manitou Springs, Colorado was one of the most awesome experiences of my life. I'm sure I'll never forget it. In my opinion, the best parts were the breathtaking scenery and all the great material they gave us. I hope this page will keep these things fresh in our memory.
I'm Travis Nobles, and I am the one who has started a Summit email list. Can't remember me? Well, there's a picture of me near the bottom of this page. Just scroll down!
If you happen to not be a Summit Student, Summit Ministries is a two-week Christian leadership camp dedicated to preparing Christian teens for a world hostile to the Christian beliefs. The class material is mostly focused on worldviews (the way people view the world and how that effects how they act). The speakers help you to understand the worldviews of the main opposers to the Christian worldview (Secular Humanism, Cosmic Humanism, and Marxism to name a few) and they help you to understand your own worldview better.
Thankfully, I brought two little cameras to The Summit, and I was
able to capture some of the
I played around in Photoshop on some of these pictures to make them
a bit more interesting. Enjoy!
