Basic education is a human right for every child and adult. Unfortunately, there are millions of children in the developing countries who have not attended a school or had any form of education

The United Nations International Conference on "Education for All" held in Thailand in 1990, promised that every child would be going to school by 1995. Despite that promise there are still 125 million children who have either not attended school or dropped out, for various reasons, before their education has been completed.
