A recent archaeological web project has been the Northeast Lithic Database (NELD).  Past projects include the online publication of the Hidden Creek Site - a 10,000 year old Late Paleoindian site in Ledyard, Connecticut.  You may also want to check out some of my archaeology-related software. I also wrote a little complexity theory program which explores epistatic boolean network behavior inspired by 'At Home in the Universe' by Stuart Kauffman, 1995.
