stoppolicebrutality.org is an attempt to document local
social justice struggles in
and around New York from the perspectives of organizers and
event participants alike. The emphasis is on audio though some slideshows will be included on occassion.
The voices of people in the street, in local churches, in meeting venues around New York are the voices of people making history.
Hopefully you will be inspired to become more informed about these issues and take action in your own community struggles.
