Introduction to the Get Hung Advanced Penis Enlargement Program:

Congratulations on your lifetime membership to the Get Hung Advanced Penis Enlargement Program. You have made the all-important first step to increasing your penis size. Now it's time to follow through with the exercises. We must mention to you that this program is participation oriented in nature. Your penis will not magically get bigger just by you reading this manual. You MUST perform these exercises as instructed. We recommend doing them daily for about 10 to 15 minutes. If you have any questions regarding the exercises as you read through the program, feel free to e-mail us here. We will be happy to provide you with the answers to your questions.

Please keep the following things in mind before you begin the program:

  • What is presented here is NOT medical advice. We advise consulting your doctor or urologist before beginning ANY exercise program.
  • Take 10 minutes and read the program twice before beginning the actual exercises. We want you to completely understand the entire program before you begin. We have presented the program in concise simple terms for easy reading, so familiarize yourself with it.
  • Don't forget to check out our supplements area. A healthy body is an integral part of this program. It is amazing what a minor change in one's intake of vitamins and minerals can do for one's penile performance. We recommend supplementing your diet as you begin the exercises in order to rapidly see the results that you want.
  • Make a measurement of your penis at its limp state as well as its erect state. This measurement will be very important in tracking your progress throughout the program. 
  • This program works, but it takes time and dedication from you. It will take one to three months to see noticeable results. Nothing great was built overnight, but we can assure you that your hard work will pay off. Trust us, it is well worth the effort.


Proper Warm-up Before Starting The Program:

We cannot overemphasize the importance of warming up before doing the exercise. Athletes know that performing exercise without stretching prior to working out or running on the track will not adequately prepare the tissue for the impact of the exercise. If you find yourself running short on time, then you should wait until you have time to do both the warm-up and the exercise. Plan to spend a good 12 minutes on the warm-up and another 10 to 15 minutes on the primary exercise. Don't skip the warm-up as you will only be cheating yourself.

These warm-up exercises are performed while your penis is in a flaccid state.  If you notice that your penis is becoming erect, allow the erection to subside and resume the exercise only when your penis is again flaccid. Trust us, you will have plenty of time to enjoy your erect penis later. 

Get Hung has tried to maximize the benefits of the program while using the least amount of your time necessary. However we obviously do not want to cut corners. The Get Hung client signed up for the program wanting the best method in penile enlargement. We are always in the process in improving our product in the most efficient manner possible. Get Hung has reduced the total amount of time required during the warm-up to a total of 12 minutes. We are confident that this will properly warm-up your penis for the exercise. We must mention that you should have a warm washcloth on hand to apply to the penis during the rest sessions. This will more than compensate for using a little less time.

Begin the warm-up by grabbing around the head of the penis tightly.  You should feel a stretch at the base of your penis. This is completely normal as you are simply preparing the tissue for the exercise. Give your penis head a light tug in the direction away from your body. Use a firm, but not a pain-inducing grip. Start with a very light tug and work your way into your an acceptable pressue hold. Continue this stretch for 12 seconds, then relax for 12 seconds.  As you are resting for 12 seconds between each stretch, make sure that you have the warm washcloth covering the penis. Obviously the washcloth is to be warm and not scalding hot.

Repeat this exercise 5 times and rest. Always rest between stretching sets covering the penis with the warm washcloth and any time that you experience the slightest pain. This is a firm yet gentle warm-up that must not be rushed. You've had your current penis all of your life so take the time to do the warm-up correctly and carefully. 

Now do the same tugging exercise but stretch your penis to the left as seen in figure A. After resting at the completion of this warm up, continue the stretch to the right (see figure B). Rest after each set. Continue the tug upwards as seen in figure C and downwards as seen in figure D. Finally, perform the exercise moving the in a circular motion away from the body (as you would with a videogame joystick). You will be moving your grip from left, then up, then right, then down. Continue this circular movement for the 12 second set and rest for 12 seconds. Use alternating circular directions (clockwise, then counter-clockwise) for the 5 sets.

Below I have outlined the stretch in the exact time that each exercise should take:
 

12 second stretch + 12 second rest (using washcloth)= 24 seconds per repetition
24 second repetition x 5 sets = 120 seconds per stretch set = 2 minutes
2 minutes x 6 stretching directions (outward, left, right, up,down, circular) =
12 minutes for entire warm-up

Now that your penis has been stretched, bring yourself to an erection slowly. 
 

Now Let's Lengthen The Penis:

We have tested numerous techniques to lengthen the penis. Rather than present all of these techniques which may confuse you, we are going to present one simple exercise that works the best. We have found that the ancient Arabic technique known as the jelq works the best. We are so confident that the program will work for you that it is backed by a 100% guarantee. A middle-aged or older man will respond just as quickly as a younger man will. It doesn't matter how big or small your penis currently is. It will only get bigger with this program. Plain and simple, it works if you follow the simple program.

  • Remember to properly warm up as stated above. You warm up before going to the gymnasium, so why would you not warm up for this exercise?
  • Lubricate the penis very well. Try to find a long-lasting lubrication that will not quickly wear out with the friction this exercise produces. If at anytime during the exercise the penis becomes unlubricated, add more lubricant. Our clients have written us that "Too much lubricant is almost enough" - so be sure to use plently. The last thing that you want is for you want is to perform this exercise with a "dry" penis. We recommend baby oil as many of the "sex" lubricants do not last for more than a few minutes. 
  • Bring your penis to an erection. Make sure to spread the lubricant on the entire erection. The lubricant is very important for men who have a lot of hair on the shaft. We recommend trimming out your pubic hair as this will prevent pulling during the exercise. It will make your penis look longer and have a cleaner appearance.
  • Now, let's begin the jelq. Wrap your thumb and forefinger around the base of the penis very tightly trapping the blood in the penis. We recommend a specific grip for the exercise. Begin by making the A-OK sign with your thumb and forefinger. Use this "finger ring" grip around your penis and adjust the ring cirumference accordingly. The finger ring grip is made by wrapping the thumb on the top of the penis and the index finger wraps around the bottom of the penis. Do you see the ring analogy? Try to keep this grip tight.
  • Do not rely soley on one hand to do the exercises. We recommend trying to become ambidextrous (have the ability to use either hand) as this will prevent one hand from becoming tired. Your hand cannot become tired as you  must apply a steady tight pressure to receive the full benefit of the exercise. Also we recommend alternating hands daily as this will insure that your penis receives equal amounts of pressure from both sides. For example, on Monday use the left hand, on Tuesday use the right hand, and continue alternating.
  • Now move the thumb and forefinger toward the head of the penis slowly. The idea is to move the blood from the base to the head of the penis. If you are having trouble understanding this, then try to imagine milking the utter of a cow. The motion is basically the same - you are applying steady yet gentle pressure from the base to the tip. 
  • You are expanding the capacity of the penis to store blood during erections.This will make the penis longer and wider. You may notice that the head of the penis becomes purple or red. Do not worry as this is just the blood collecting in the head of the penis. 
  • While the one hand is moving toward the head of the penis, take the other hand and repeat the process. Try to maintain at least one hand on the penis throughout the exercise as constant movement is critical. Continue the process while alternating hands for about 10 to 15 minutes. The constant strokes should be slow to be completely effective. Take your time - remember you want the best process to increase your penis.
  • Once you complete this, then you need to lightly gyrate your penis up and down to get the normal blood flow running again. You may notice that your penis swells or may be a darker tone of red more than usual. This is means that you did the exercise correctly.
  • Some clients may still have their foreskin as they never have been circumsized. If this is the case, you may have to approach the jelq exercise differently. First, try the jelq exercise exactly how it is described for people without foreskin. If this works for you, then great. You will get much more benefit from the jelq if you provide contstant pressure using both hands. Second, if you feel a tight or pulling sensation on your foreskin, then add even more lubrication. Apply a thick coat on every inch of your penis. Third, if you still feel this pulling or if you are having difficulty jelqing due to your foreskin, then you may have to modify your routine. My research findings suggest that when all else fails, the foreskin must be pulled back. Jelqing an uncircumsized penis is done by simply pressing the penis between your index and middle finger near the bottom of the shaft. This will keep the skin back while you perform the jelqing with the other hand. While I would prefer that every client uses both hands (for constant pressure) this may be necessary for those of you with a lot of foreskin. Also use this "foreskin hold" method only after you have tried using the normal jelqing exercise with alot of lubrication.
  • This exercise is to be done daily. Within one to three months, you should see changes in the width and length of your penis. Many clients report initial increases in the thickness in their flaccid penis. You will also notice that your erections stay harder and longer. It would be reasonable to expect a 10-25% increase in size. If you are to continue the exercises for a entire a year, then a 4 inch gain is not out of the question. The key to your success is following through with the exercise daily.
  • After an extended period of time performing the exercise program, you will notice that your penis will be longer in both its flaccid and erect states. The circumference will also increase proportionately. After a month of the exercise, you mayl be able to apply a little more pressure to the milking motion as your connective tissues in the penis will be stronger. However do not go overboard with this. The exercises are meant to be slow and constant. Do not do quick "penile jerks". You must go slow and smooth. You will find a balance between what is gentle and firm with the grip. 

  •  
  • The final step of this daily exercise is to cleanse the penis. We recommend soaking the penis in warm water for 2 to 5 minutes after performing the exercise. Some clients use a warm washcloth. This will help to restore the normal blood flow as well as relax you from the exercise. The cleansing of the penis comes from the Taoist tradition of reenergizing the organs.

  •  
  • Your penis tissue may feel enlarged or energized. These are positive signs that you did the exercises correctly. However, if you notice some soreness from the exercise, then take a day off and allow the penis to recover. Try to keep up a steady, yet comfortable regimen.

  • A wonderful spin off that you will notice from this exercise is that you will experience pipe hard erections. Some men are even able to stay hard minutes after ejaculation. 

Delay Your Orgasm and Have Sex Longer:

Here are a few different techniques to try while having sex to delay your orgasm. We recommend trying them all to see which one works best for you. One technique involves focusing on something within the sexual realm while the other technique is based on focusing on something completely out of the sexual experience.This psychological practice is known as redirecting the attention amidst various stimuli.

  • Many clients find that they can withhold orgasm by simply focusing on something else about the sexual act. During the act of intercouse, concentrate on something other than your penis moving in and out of your partner. Change your focus from your penis entering the vagina to a different stimuli. Focus on the entire sexual experience rather than just the anatomical intercourse. Try to concentrate on your partner's arms, breathing, or hair. While this may seem odd at first, you will surprise yourself with its effectiveness. In addition, you will be "making love" rather than just "having sex".   • If you feel that you still may be close to orgasm, then you must find something outside the sexual environment such as a point on the wall to look at it.  You will unknowingly distract yourself from the image of the your penis entering the vagina. If you are trying to delay orgasm, the last thing you want to look at is the penis entering the vagina. We advise you to try to keep your focus within the sexual environment if possible so that your partner doesn't see you distracted or disinterested if you are looking at the wall. Some clients  subconsciously think of baseball and basketball statistics while looking at their partner's neck. This makes perfect sense since you are refocusing to delay orgasm as well as remaing in the sexual environment.
  • Another good method it to tighten your muscles while having sex. During intercourse, tighten your stomach muscles and concentrate on them. Also, you can flex your bicep muscles. Flexing or tightening of these muscles will draw blood away from the penis somewhat thus helping you delay orgasm. In addition, you are mentally focusing on something else besides the actual intercourse. For most people, this will delay the onset of orgasm.
  • Being in good physical shape can help delay orgasm and have sex for longer. See the vitamin supplements section for more information.
  • There is an ancient technique that works well for some people. There is a point mid-way between the anus and the base of the scrotum that when pushed a few moments before orgasm, it will delay orgasm. This technique requires quite a bit of practice to find just the right spot. The key is to push hard enough to delay the orgasm, but do not push to the point where it causes any pain or discomfort.

  • This point between the anus and the scrotum is muscle that is used in starting and stopping the flow of urine. Become familiar with the muscle. It can be strengthened by doing simple anus tightening exercises. Read more about this exercise here.

A healthy body is an integral part of this program. One of the easiest ways you can improve your sexual performance is to make sure your body has all of the vitamins it requires to operate at its best. Try to stick with organic natural products. Vitamins that are overly processed may not provide you with the all-natural ingredients that your body really needs. Below you will find a list of vitamins and supplements that can help to improve your sexual performance in one way or another.

Your will have better blood flow to your penis since your heart's capacity to pump blood will be improved. Also the blood that is pumped will be of a higher quality. 

We recommend drinking 8-10 glasses of water daily and eating plenty of fruits and vegetables. Buy vegetables in your grocer's produce department. Do not rely on vegetables in a can as they aren't fresh. Also if you cook those canned vegetables, then the majority of the vitamin content will be lost due to the heat. Drinking alot of water will help to cleanse the blood and internal organs. A spin off of the increased water intake will be that you will urinate more thus cleaning your prostate gland.

In addition to the increased vitamin intake, we recommend certain supplements that will aid in the body's absorption of these vitamins. It's an all too frequent occurence that someone may increase their vitamin intake only to find out later that their body simply doesn't have the capacity to absorb them. The inability to absorb vitamins can be traced to serveral sources such as digestive system problems, constanly being sick, and the existence of parasites. 

Boneset is an alternative medicine that is very effective in solving digestive problems. Heather serves as a cleansing mechanism similiar to a diuretic that promotes urination. Echinacea is excellent in fighting off infection. Your body simply won't be able to take in all of the vitamins if it is constantly battling infection. If I feel that my throat is getting scratchy then I take the echinacea to try to combat the sore throat before it becomes full-blown sore throat. Watercress improves digestion and fights off infection. Another supplement that we want to introduce you to is called Java Tea. Java Tea is excellent in clearing up urinary tract infections in men. Java Tea is similiar to Heather in its diuretic effects. Both of these supplements promote prostate health. The existence of parasites in humans is very common in Third-World countries. The citizens of these countries regularly deparasite themselves. We would recommend that a visit to the doctor is in order for travelers of the countries who may have consumed vegetables or meat in the open air markets. Antiobiotics are very necessary for those travelers who experience alot of diarrhea. Excessive diarrhea will flush out the majority of the vitamin intake in your diet.

We want to include an important note on caffeine intake. Caffeine is a stimulant that diverts a lot of the body's energy resources to the muscles and nervous tissues. The body's energy resources are transferred from its normal activities to other areas. This transfer of resources is seen in an increased heart rate, sweating, and a nervous jittery sensation. An extreme example of this is seen in the use of an amphetamine such as speed. We are not saying that caffeine is speed, but we do say that caffeine may cause similiar effects, espcially when taken in large quantities.

Remember back to your college days when you stayed up all night to study for finals by drinking 12 cups of coffee. Do you remember how terrible you felt the day after? This "caffeine hangover" is so severe because of several things. As we have discussed, caffeine changes normal body function since the body's resources are changed. You stay up late one night, but the body's trade-off is to make you feel bad the next day. Also caffeine will dehydrate you in a similar way that alchohol does. So yes it really is a hangover. Get Hung recommends 8-10 glasses of water daily to promote proper hydration. If you are drinking alot of caffeine based products, you made need more.  Thirdly, cafffeine does not allow for normal vitamin and mineral absorption. The last thing you want to do is to wash down your multivitamin with a big glass of coke. I personally don't drink any caffeine at all.

Some clients have written us that they have experienced a penile shrinking. We examine the problem further and discover that the problem is due to the large amount of caffeine intake (usually coffee). The normal body resources are diverted so the penis may "shrink" as the blood is being redirected to other areas. In order to combat the ill-effects of caffeine, we recommend anti-oxidants as they 'mop up' after cellular growth or cellular damage, cleaning up so to speak.

In concluding this section on nutrition, we are going to be very direct with you. Your penis will get somewhat bigger just by doing the exercises. But you just can't expect too much improvement if you go out drinking and smoking every night with your buddies. If your goal of this program is to increase your penis size so that you can satisfy your partner, then you may need to ask yourself, "Does a fat pot belly hanging over my penis?" If the answer is yes, then you need to concentate on overall body health. Being in shape alone will assist you in satisfying your partner.
