DemoMan's real name is Russ Billard, AKA Demolition Man. I was born & raised in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Canada. born December 21, 1966 @ 6:03am. I spent most of my time in my home area of Spryfield growing up. I began going to school in 1972 & completed high school many years later. After high school, I spent a few years with women and playing the field in the local bars like, The City Club (Senior Frogs), The Brass Rail (Cosmos), The Green Dory (The Boiler Room), The Red Fox, The Palace and of course The Misty Moon. (I STILL MISS THE MOON!!!!) Well enough of my Women and Drinking Days. After all the fun and games were over. I've decided to settle down and met a woman named Cynthia. We got together and a year later on June 30th, 1989 were married. A little more than a year later we our family began to build. Tony came into out lives. Tony was born Aug. 5th, 1990. With me growing up and being an only child. I decided I would not want the same for Tony. Cynthia and I decided to have another child. This time I wanted a girl and to our amazement, we ended up having TWIN BOYS!!!! My m&m twins are what I call the two. Mark & Mike were born Aug. 4th, 1994. Try to imagine getting through 3 birthdays in 2 days in the middle of Summer. Well I have managed for these first few years. Now, its years later, and nothing has really changed. Our family is getting older and we keep living on.

Cynthia does not like having her picture on the internet. Someday I maybe able to change her mind.
