About Us

The Dark Empirical Order (DEO) is an imperial group who primarily sims on America Online (AOL). It is lead by Emperor Kul, screen name DrkJediKul, and the Dark Lord of the Sith/Emperor's Hand Jerik Ma'Kajiel, screenname SithMastyr. Through this organization, members have the opportunity to to receive dark Jedi training at the Sith Praxieum and participate in simulation warfare. Formerly named the Dark Jedi Republic (DJR), we are the remains of the Jedi Republic.

The Jedi Republic was a simulation that was very popular around a year ago (1997). Then its leader, JediClone5, decided to end it. One of the Jedi who was second in command, Jedi17994, became infuriated and consumed in the dark side. A year later, after the fall of The Dark Jedi (TDJ), formerly lead by M DarkJedi, the Dark Jedi Republic was born. The emperor, RepVF (now DrkJediKul), and the Dark Lord of the Sith, DrkJediKul (now SithMastyr, a.k.a. RepVF), began to repair the ruins of the Jedi Republic and re-establish the Jedi Republic as a dark Jedi sim.

A month after the Dark Jedi Republic was started, the name was changed to the Dark Empirical Order to ensure that our name was truthful; an emperor can't be the emperor of a republic. Also, the Sith Praxieum was established, providing our dark Jedi a place to train.
