The year was 1912, an Edwardian time of grace, mystique and wonder. That year would see the launch and the subsequent demise of the most well known ocean liner in history.

This site explores the story of the ill fated liner as well as that of it's older sistership, r.m.s. Olympic with a section devoted to the now retired classic ocean liner of our time, Cunard's Queen Elizabeth 2, more familiarly known as the QE 2.
