Howdy!
Welcome to Pop Quiz, my web page. My name is Mike and I'm a 44 year old Gay White Male. I'm told I look much younger than that -- but you'd have to be the judge (I'm [generally] satisfied with who I am -- I haven't met a person yet without insecurities). I have light brown hair -- some gray in it (which you can only really tell on my goatee -- because I keep my hair buzzed close to my scalp -- most of the time it's practically shaved -- oh alright, I'm essentially bald anyway). I have very blue eyes -- most people say this is my most striking feature. I'm pretty hairy -- especially my chest -- but "other" places as well. I am stocky of build -- not sloppy -- but hardly skinny (like Eric Cartman says "I'm not fat, I'm big boned"). I have that "bear" sort of look (though I don't follow the bear scene really). Sexually I'm versatile and very passionate. I'm a caring and giving guy. I would like to be in a LTR -- but my past with men leaves a lot to be desired. I have a sort of sarcastic sense of humor and I love to laugh. I am very romantic. I have a spiritual side -- but I am not religious. I do not drink, smoke or do drugs. I live in Illinois -- just across the river from St. Louis (where I work as an RN in a large teaching hospital). That's the basic stuff.
My Hobbies & Interests -- I enjoy all sorts of things:
MUSIC: I am a huge Stereolab fan (if you've never heard them do yourself a favor and search them out). This site (Pop Quiz) is named after one of their songs. That's a picture of them above. I also like Dusty Springfield, various Jazz vocalists, some dance music (Pet Shop Boys) -- I have a CD collection numbering in range where it is difficult to keep track of (my guess would be greater than 5000) -- so you can imagine my tastes are wide and eclectic. I go to as many concerts as I can and sometime write reviews for my friends (some of which I may post here).

What I'm Looking For In A Man
I'm attracted to all sorts of men -- I can't say I really have a "type". The guy I fall in love with will be open minded, physically attractive but not necessarily have "model" looks, have a great sense of humor (sense of humor would have to be number one on my list -- someone who can laugh at himself as well as the ironies of life), usually my age or younger (but not always), be intelligent, be honest, masculine in his demeanor (an animal in bed would do), share some of my interests (but I'm not looking for a clone of me -- God forbid) -- I would hope we could teach each other many things.
