Hello from Christiana, Delaware. It's a quaint little village founded in 1649. (And, NO, I am not one of the original founders. I came later.) I have a snug little cottage on the banks of the Christiana River. I share my home with my Golden Retriever, Trevor. He's studying HTML now so he can have his own page also. I am an avid gardener. I enjoy growing all types of plants, but herbs, roses, irises, and lilies probably top the list. I put in a vegetable garden last spring, chewing up a 10x30 chunk of lawn. Less to cut and more productive space, I thought! | I like to read, mostly mysteries & biographies. I have an extensive collection of reference books, maintained for the purpose of completing the Sunday New York Times Crossword Puzzle. A great deal of the books I have amassed are now either on CD or the Internet, but I can't bear to part with the actual books. I like old movies; Katharine Hepburn, Myrna Loy, Bette Davis, Spencer Tracy, Jimmy Stewart. They really knew how to make them back then! As you can see from the photo on the left, I'm also a big fan of Burns & Allen.
