Welcome to my web site!
The purpose of this web site is to provide a quick
historical reference to the history and development of U.S. military
aviation camouflage during the first century of aviation history.
This web site is not meant to be all-inclusive, but
only to perhaps pique your curiosity a bit, and make you willing to
explore further into this interesting, but probably little know, bit of
aviation history.
Of course, this site wouldn't have been possible with some
reference material of my own to start with. Below is a list of my references,
and I thank them for their contribution.
| Flying Colors, William Green and Gordon Swanborough |
| Fighters of the United States Air Force, Robert F. Dorr and David
Donald |
Please feel free to fill out my survey after you have
viewed my site, and let me know what you think. Your opinion matters, and any
ideas on how I could improve my site would be gratefully accepted. I ask that
you keep in mind that this site is still under construction, so any additions
you might recommend may already be in the works of being added.
So...sit back, grab a cold one of whatever, and
enjoy.
