Terms and Conditions:

1. No. of Sections [ Print: M, CP, N. Slide: CS, NS . [No Restriction on Subject].
2. Size [ Prints : Max. 16" X 12", Min. 12" X 10" (Not Mounted). Slides : 5cm X 5cm. (Mounted)]
3. One author may submit maximum of 4 Prints / Slides in each section.
4. All final work must be on Photographic film or photographic/electronic print material (mounting excluded).
5. The original image must be made by the entrant on photographic emulsion or acquired with a digital camera.
6. All images must be original and may not incorporate elements produced by anyone else.By virtue of submitting an entry the entrant certifies the work as his own.
7. The organisers assume no liability for any misuse of copyright by the entrant.
8. Submission of entries will mean acceptance of all the terms and conditions.
9. Utmost care will be taken for the entries during our custody but no responsibility will be accepted for loss or damage in transit.
10. The salon committee reserves the right to reproduce any entry in the catalogue, in any website or in the media or magazine as a part of the news item on non-commercial terms and no fees will be payable to the entrant or anyone for that.
11. Decision of the Jury will be final and binding.
12. Each entry should bear the Serial Number as per entry form and name of the author.

In the city of Calcutta, the historical city, the City of Joy, the LINCPA came into existence in 1988 through the toiling efforts of some enthusiast photo-lover employees of Life Insurance Corporation of India. Since then, we scaled a skinfillating performance and progress in different fields of photography and organised FOUR All India Competitions of Photography among our Employees, Agents and their family members. In 1998, the LINCPA national Salon was organised with approval of Federation of Indian Photography.

In the space provided by LIC of India, we have our own dark room equipped with all tools for monochrome work. Seminars training and work-shops are held at regular routines. Periodical outings are arranged in and around Calcutta and tour to places of photographic meritincluding trip to villages are also arranged. We have the privilege of getting assistance of the large number of famous photographers this city of Calcutta has.

LINCPA, with the support from all the successive Zonal Managers and the Zonal Authorities of LIC of India, looks forward to reching higher goals of creativity and excellence through your active patronage.
