Welcome To Milliways Web Page. Milliways is a home based WWIV Bulliten Board System (BBS)
BBS's are the precursor to the Internet. Local message bases and games are what made them popular. Over the past 5 years, BBS communities have suffered from the hype and ease of the Internet and World Wide Web. So, to compensate, many boards have integrated themselves into the Internet Community. This web page is not connected to the BBS as of yet (Telnet) but will be by christmas of 1998. So, why did I make this page? Well, unlike web boards, BBS's are closer to home and individual users know the sysops and other users. I Made this page to show off my life, my art and my BBS. To access a BBS you need either windows Hyperterminal or even better, Telemate software. Download a copy.
