FINAL CHAPTER They say closure is a necessity in order to move on. To start a new chapter in your life, it's imperative that you end the other one. So here it goes.... Sometimes we believe something so strongly that we forget that perfection is virtually unattainable. I was told this, but as stubborn as I am, I did not heed any of the warnings. I guess, I chose the absolute worst time to start following my heart. I went ahead and let someone in, Actually, that isn't the whole truth. Actually that person was already there, a part of me that I was always searching for. For years I searched high and low for this missing piece, but there was one place that I never even considered looking.....inside myself. Though by the time I realized my mistake, it was already too late. At that point, I had no right to lay any claims to this piece of me that I had so long, overlooked. Now a new chapter is forced to begin. With a clean page I have a chance to rectify mistakes that were made in the last. Hopefully I have learned my lesson and will not repeat the same mistake twice. | My views on love, life, friendship, and everything else under the sun....... | Like my opinions really matter....but you guys keep telling me that they do. I'm honored by those of you who have chosen to tell me how much my writing has touched you. I've even seen my stories bring tears. It's amazing how words can move even the strongest of people and there is no other greater honor than having people acknowledge something that I had no intention of ever sharing.
