Ben Spencer's Homepage

Hi there, and welcome to my homepage. Thank you for taking the time to visit. Allow me to briefly tell you about myself. My full name is Benjamin Graham Spencer and I live in a village just outside of Leicester, England called Great Glen. I was born on the 31st July, 1979 Which makes me 20 right now. I'm 6'2" tall, have short brownish hair and bluish/greenish eyes.

I love music with a passion which probably explains why I am a bit of a DJ. I have done quite a few private parties as well as playing at a couple of pubs and clubs. My favourite type of music is dance music whether it be house, trance or techno. One day I'd like to become a top DJ playing at the best clubs around the world.

Another one of my passions is football (or soccer as some of you may call it!) and I am a big fan of Leicester City Football Club. I go to all the home games in the season and try not to miss out on anything which is happening in and around the club. They have become a strong force in the FA Carling Premiership finishing in respectable league positions every season. They also won the Coca-Cola League Cup in 1997.
I play for a Sunday League team myself called Frisby Grasshoppers. We train every Tuesday night and Kick off is every Sunday morning at 10:30am so if I've been out the night before, it can be quite strenuous! We always have a good laugh whether we lose, draw or win.

I am currently studying Music Technology and Sound Engineering at Charles Keene College, Leicester. It's going quite well at the moment as I have already had a few exams and have managed to pass them all (thank god!). After college I will probably go to De Montfort University in Leicester to study Music Technology at degree level. After that, who knows?

During the week when I'm not at college I work for a company called Cassells UK Ltd who are Health, Safety and Environmental consultants. I deal with the computers in the offices mainly carrying out general I.T. tasks.

I love watching films and have quite a collection on video (see my films page). I like all types, but if I had to be specific then I would have to say that Gangster films are probably my favourite. I go to the cinema on regular occasions and I hardly ever miss out on a blockbuster.
