This service is provided to you free of charge, however, we would appreciate small donations
to help cover administration.  This policy is subject to review.

Only list items on this site for rent or sale if you are the legal owner.

Any listings that are excessively long will be shortened.

For security purposes do not place any names or addresses on this site apart for a contact e-mail
or tel no.


Termination

Listings for parties and events will remain on the site until the day after the event's date.

Properties for share will be listed for a total of three weeks or until you request that you no longer
require the listing, whichever is shortest.  A reminder will be sent two days before the termination
date, in case you require the listing for longer.  If no reply is received before the termination date
the listing will be removed.
