Each month at our meeting we hold a 'show and tell', at the end of the meeting, members cast their vote for their favourite doll from the show and tell, and that doll becomes our Doll of the Month. The member receives a certificate commemmorating their doll being Doll of the Month and their doll becomes eligble for "Doll Of The Year"In November each year the Final dolls are selected from those who have been judged Doll of the Month and a trophy is awarded to Doll of the Year - Commerical Pattern and Doll of the Year - Original Pattern with the runner up receiving a certifate.

JANUARY
"Archer" by Wendy Evans from her own original design. Archer is a beautiful 22inch (approx) woodland creature, dressed in leather boots, soft flowing shirt, hand made Bow and woollen boucle hair
FEBRUARY
"Raggedys" by Lorraine Booth, made in a workshop with Lesley Coleman
MARCH
"Matilda the Quilter" made by Marie Higgs, from a pattern by Carol Thorne. Matilda has appliqued felt vest, embellished with Yo-Yo's, cotton reels, tiny scissors and sits with her quilting on her lap.
APRIL
"Dragon" by Sue Niven from the pattern by Melinda Small of Smallworks. Sue made the dragon in a brown leather-like fabric, the horns and ears are made from burnished gold organdy
