With a supple body , muscular shoulders, and 

long legs, cheetahs are perfectly equipped for 

fast running. They hunt by sight, stealthily 

stalking their prey until within striking distance. 

They catch their victim after a brief high-speed 

chase, knocking it over and killing it with a bite 

to the throat
