Gadson TM Corp's R & D Feedback

This document is for feedback to the R & D department. Employees can send their comments, problems, and suggestions to R & D through a form.

If employees are beta-testing upcoming software, for example, this is a great way to collect information about how they use the software, what problems it has, etc.

The form can be created so that this feedback goes to the appropriate person. For example, a drop-down menu for the type of feedback (eg; comments, bug reports, suggestions, questions) can help guide this information to the right people.
