I was trained in catering in the army where I was the catering sergeant for the 22nd Battalion in Townsville. I have always had an interest in good food and found that I really enjoy the challenge of catering in informal settings. This can be bush BBQ's, school camps, outdoor weddings or to wilderness groups

I live at Homebush west of Mackay and am prepared to cater throughout central Queensland.
