3 cups diced rhubarb
2 tbsp. orange juice
� cup sugar
� cinnamon
1 tbsp. butter
Topping:
� cup melted shortening.
1/3 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup flour
1/8 tsp. salt
� tsp. Baking soda
2/3 cup oatmeal
Arrange rhubarb in buttered 8 x 8 pan, sprinkle with sugar, orange juice, cinnamon, and dot with butter. Sift together dry ingredients, add shortening and brown sugar and spread over rhubarb. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
Beat well:
3 egg yolks
1 � cups buttermilk
1 tsp. Baking soda
Beat in:
1 � cups flour
2 tsp. Baking powder
� cups vegetable oil
� tsp. Salt
Fold in beaten egg whites.
*If batter is stiff add more buttermilk.
1 pkg. Yeast
� cup warm water
1/8 tsp. ginger
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tall can evaporated milk
2 tbsp. oil
4-4 � cup flour
Mix yeast, water, ginger and 1 tbsp. sugar. Let stand in warm place until bubbly. (About 15 min). Add 2 tbsp. sugar, oil, milk and salt. Add four, 1 C. at a time beating each well (use electric mixer) before adding next cup until dough is too heavy to knead. Place dough in 2 well greased 1 lb. Coffee cans (or 1 2 lb. Can). Let rise in warm place (60 min.).
Two packages active dry yeast
� cup water (105-110 degrees F)
1 � cup buttermilk
Two eggs
� cup softened butter or margarine
5 �-6 cups of flour (all purpose)
� cup sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
In large mixing bowl dissolve yeast in warm water. Add buttermilk, eggs, 2 � cups of the flour, butter sugar, salt and baking powder. Blend 30 sec. On low speed scraping bowl constantly. Beat two minutes on medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally. Stir in enough remaining flour to make dough easy handle. (Dough should remain slightly sticky).
Turn dough onto well-floured board, knead 5 min. or about 200 turns. Shape dough immediately (no need to let it rise) into desired rolls and coffee cakes. Cover, let rise in warm place until double (about one hour). Dough is ready if impression remains when touched.
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Bake for about 20-25 minutes. Top with frosting and serve.

1/1/3 cup brown sugar
4 sticks of butter or margarine
3 eggs

6 cup flour

2 � tsp. baking soda

Mix sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla. Add flour, salt, baking soda and finally the chocolate chips. Place cookies on a well greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown.

� cup brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
� tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 cup zucchini, grated
3 cup flour
1 cup oil
Mix and pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 325 for approximately 70 minutes.
1 8qt. Box dry milk
3 cups Nestles Quik
7 oz. Powdered creamer
2 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
Mix well in large container. Use about � cup mix to about 1 cup hot water. Makes about 50 servings.
