DIRECTIONS: To reach the Sugar Pine and Parker Flat Staging Areas: Travel 9 miles northeast of Foresthill on the
Foresthill Divide road. Turn left on theSugar Pine Rd and go 4 miles to the Sugar Pine staging area. Parker Flat is north
1/4 mile more on the gravelled road #24. China Wall staging area is located approximately 14 miles from Foresthill on the
Foresthill Divide Road.

Sand Mountain is an Off-Roader's Dream

About 25 miles east of Fallon, Nevada is an area known as 
Sand Mountain.( in western Nevada lies 2.5 miles (4 km) north of US Highway 50) 
It is about 5000 acres of sand dunes with a huge mountain of fine sand several
hundred feet high right in the middle of it.
