Drill is symmetrical at each end.

STEP 1:

All three players carry a puck, and shoot - stagger shots by a second or 2.

STEP 2:

P1 picks up a free puck behind the net and begins "cycling" system.

STEP 3:

Cycle a couple of times by playing a three man weave, and then player nearest boartds with puck can pass out for a shot to either the player in the slot or the player at the circle. Players shoudl strive to cycle and replace in such a way as to maintain and imaginary triangle with TWO shooters in position to shoot at any time.

If the shooter at the top of the circle gets it, he can pass to the shooter in front, or shoot LOW to try to get a rebound.
