will be promoted to a pre-star, one of six levels (Basics, pre-star, star-one, star-two, star-three, star-four). To pass a star level
you must complete all the syllabus. On completing a star level you would be awarded with a badge which is sewn on to your
brazzard (attached to your sleeve). Aswell as your star badges you also have the chance to gain promotion to NCO.

The training you will receive in cadets is compatible with many of the requirements for the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme.
Once you gain your 2 Star you will also, automatically, qualify for your Bronze D-Of-E. When you gain your 3 Star this
equates to your Silver Award. Finally, if you become a 4 Star Cadet, all you have to do to gain your Gold Award is complete
