Ayraamfarms: near Kingsbury, Texas. My neighbour and I drove from Austin to pick up an organic pig, freshly slaughtered and prepared before we arrived. Aaron Pierson and his family raise grass-fed Black Angus beef, grain-fed hogs, Nubian milk goats, paint horses, and chickens. We got a tour of the farm and were very impressed by what we saw. WHFoods: George Mateljan's website about nutrition and cooking has the most information about foods I have ever seen anywhere on the internet. University of St. Andrews: This was the place to study. St. Andrews was the oldest university in Scotland, in the Top Five, and fit for a prince. The work was overwhelming, no time for golf. I spent the best two years of my life here. Every day in St. Andrews was like living in history. This is where I became interested in watches and clocks. Very traditional atmosphere.

College of William and Mary: in Colonial Williamsburg, Virginia. Alma Mater of Thomas Jefferson. If you prefer work that is not overwhelming and an exceptionally quiet, traditional atmosphere in the United States, this is the place.
