The campsite was excellent, with good facilities. It just got a bit crowded where we were. We booked enough space, just another group got there before us and knicked it! When they went we were able to expand the empire!

Self Timer moment.

Most of the gear was taken in the trailer, with cars being used to transport the rest of us. We were uncertain of the regulations regarding Minibuses, and Drivers.

Driving time from Lancashire was about 17 hours non stop.

We Left Lancashire at about 8pm, took the Channel tunnel, at about midnight, and arrived at 2pm after a Hypermarket stop. The traffic was very easy both ways (even coming back on the first weekend in August)
