How It Works
- Due to Current thoughts in the Scouting Movement, no names or addressed of the Exec, or Ventures are used.
- The names may well be changed if they are used
- In out Unit it is traditional for members to have different names than those given by parents anyway.
- This was used first to enable Ventures with the same name to be recognised!
- But has now spread to more general use

This Unit is run by the Unit for the Unit
An Exec, voted by the members runs the Unit.
The leaders are there to advise, transport, and provide specialist skills.
We follow the Progressive Awards System
Targets are set by the member
achievable
a challenge
approved by the exec
The Programme is designed to allow members to get their Venture Award.
The Queen Scout Award is much more down to the Individual (as you may be able to tell from our list of Queen Scouts!
