Ingredients
225 grams freshly cooked potatoes
225 grams peeled raw potatoes
225 grams white flour
1/s tsp baking soda
250-350 ml of buttermilk
pinch of salt
butter for frying
Instructions
Peel the cooked potatoes while hot. Put them into a bowl and mash. Grate the raw potatoes and mix them into the mash. Then mix in baking soda, salt, and flour. Make pancakes any size you want and cook 5 minutes for each side. Serve with honey, butter, or bacon.
