Pokerounce

Ingredients
8 ounces of honey
pinch of ground ginger
pinch of cinnamon
pinch of pepper
pinch of nutmeg (optional)
slices of bread
1 tablesoon of pinenuts

Instructions
Put the honey in a saucepan. Add spices to honey and stir over low heat until well blended. Don't let the honey burn. Cool off mixture while toasting the bread lightly on both sides. Cut the slices of bread into quarters, square or diagonel and lay them on a flat plate or pan. Drizzle the honey over the little toasts and then stick the pine nut kernals upright into the bread so they stick out. Make little patterns with them if you want.
