1998

The 1998 festival was wet and misty. But we enjoyed every minute. Our heart will always be in Salado. This is were we first decided to get involved with representing the clan.

1999

This year the festival at Salado was sunny and beautiful. We were delighted to have a tent representing the Douglas Clan. We were totally unprepared for the number of visitors that droped by. We were so delighted to finally meet so many of you that we have only known through e-mail. Some of you took time away from your other responsibilities to come by and say "hi." Thanks so much.




Salado is such a fabulous place to hold a Scottish festival, if you have never been there please plan on attending next year.








Our son Scott came along on this trip as well as Michael and my father.




The whole festival was wonderful.




Sandra was a big help at the tent on Saturday. We really apriciate all the help we can get. It makes it so much easier for us to enjoy the festivals when we can get away from the tent for a little while.



We hope to see even more of you there next year.
