After a long and glorious career in the Royal Canadian Air Force, first as a bar tender, then as a weatherman: I decided to try my hand at real work. ( After all the commies lost the cold war, so Canada didn't need me any more.)
For the last twenty years or so I have tried every thing from import-export, to government work. ( I know, that's really not work.) Well here I am now working as a peace officer in Edmonton on the subway trains, lots of fun really, and some times you can make a difference for the good.
God has blessed me with the worlds greatest wife ( long suffering Marie ) I also have an 18 year old son who is every thing an 18 year old can be.( so pity me! ) Like I always say,"He reminds me of another kid that I knew thirty years ago"
About a year ago I got to wondering what it was that could keep my son (Shawn) out of trouble for hours at a time. After getting an old 486-DXS-33, with a 1200 Bod modem, and 75 free hours of net time on AOL, BOOM there I was, and here I am. It did not take long to upgrade to my zippy fast (oh yah sure, well....!) PII 400MMX with enough bells and shells to surf, compose, and write web pages to my hearts content.
This pic of celttooth from 35 years ago, also it looks something like the one of the "kid" my boy Shawn.
