Jerry's Stationery
This site offers the HTML type of stationery. Some scroll and all that I checked out had music included. It is a very nice site offering full previews as well as thumbnail sized hints. You can email him and he will send you the files. But if you don't want to do that, he also makes it easy for you to see the code for his pages so you can just copy from his and paste into your own. When you open the preview - remember you can right click on the graphic and do a save background as.

Sven's Stationery
The stationery here is made by various people. You can see a preview of everything here then download a zip file containing a collection of several different stationeries by one person.

Margaret's OE Stationery
This is a site that expects you to download a zip with everything you need - sight unseen. There are no previews available for any of the stationery here.

Judi's Doodlings
This site has bordered web backgrounds. While not designed for stationery - most would work out great. Several are too short for the larger or high resolution monitors, so be aware of that while visiting here. There are some very nice designs here.
